We were curious about shipping times, but they didn’t disappoint. Shipping time was under 3 days, so if you live in an area that does not have access to this sort of e-liquid, don’t worry. The customer service representatives have become patient with international customers, and they made sure that people got our product very quickly. One thing that you should know about the foreign orders, though, is that they must proceed through customs before they are shipped for you. If your shipment gets organized at the customs, it might take up to weekly before it is released for you.
It didn’t take us long to discover why they don’t ship with your country’s shipping method. International orders tend to have bigger sizes than in the continental US, meaning that the Element Vapor may take a lot longer to be processed than regular orders. The reason behind it is because the coils on the equipment must be ground completely flat. If the coils are unevenly terrain, the delivery delays might occur.
In addition, because of size differences between your various models, the electronic devices in the Element Vape are not compatible with one another. For example, the Covid-19 bottle style has a metal frame that does not attach to the heating plate. So, please note that if you purchase a Covid-19 style ionizer, it’ll be much more expensive since it is made specifically to fit the Element Vaporizers rather than vice versa.

Personally, i live in New Zealand, where the company manufactures its devices beneath the brand names Vaporesso and CoolJelly. They also have a retail establishment in Canada.
When ordering from the company online, customer support was our number 1 concern. I emailed them about two questions: first, that which was their delivery policy? 2nd, were their refund plans and product warranty guidelines and procedures? In my own understanding, customer service is important, but shipping timeframes were also something that we were unaware of. I sent them an email in July, asking for further information regarding their shipping timeframes and if their products could be shipped to my home without the delays.
In my opinion, customer service was very good. The representatives did respond rapidly to my inquiries and I received plenty of information regarding their products out there, their shipping plans and their industry leading time verification software. Customer service is probably the most important thing that they are offering clients, but beyond that, the rest about their business was very good.
After completing my evaluation, I would definitely recommend this company to other experienced e-liquidators. My only suggestion to other audience would be to do your own product research. Read customer reviews, search for independent review sites and become familiar with the company’s products available. Unless you know much about the company at all, in that case do some homework. I cannot say that I’m making enough money to give up smoking, but I’m comfortably being area of the e-liquidation industry while keeping my children content.
